Pine Creek Valley Farm Foundation 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo Raffle -Official Rules & Disclaimers

1. Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to enter a raffle under local, state, and federal laws. By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these official rules and all terms established by the Pine Creek Valley Farm Foundation.

2. Raffle Details:

• A total of 2,000 tickets will be sold.
• Each ticket is priced at $30.
• Ticket sales will conclude once all 2,000 tickets are sold.
• The drawing will be held one (1) week after the final ticket is sold.
• The raffle drawing and all marketing activities will take place in Licking County, Ohio.
• All other raffle operations and administration are managed in Muskingum County, Ohio, where the Foundation is headquartered.
• The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner, and the winning ticket will be randomly selected.

3. Prize Description:

• One (1) winner will receive a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo.
• The prize includes sales tax, title, registration, and applicable fees.
• The color of the prize vehicle will match the vehicle used in marketing materials; however, the exact model or features may differ from promotional photos.
• In lieu of accepting the vehicle, the winner may choose a $40,000 dealer credit at John Hinderer CDJR, which can be applied toward the purchase of a different vehicle at that dealership.
• If the winner opts to use the $40,000 dealer credit for a vehicle priced below $40,000, no cash refund, reimbursement, or credit for the difference will be provided.
• If the winner chooses to use the dealer credit toward a vehicle purchase that requires financing, the winner is solely responsible for securing financing and meeting any lending qualifications.
• No cash payout will be offered in place of either the vehicle or the dealer credit.

4. Disclaimers:

• John Hinderer CDJR is not affiliated with, sponsoring, or involved in the raffle in any way beyond being the dealership through which the prize vehicle or dealer credit is fulfilled.
• The raffle is operated solely by the Pine Creek Valley Farm Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Muskingum County, Ohio.
• All proceeds benefit the Foundation’s charitable initiatives supporting families, youth programs, and community impact projects.

5. Winner Notification & Prize Claim:

• The winner will be contacted using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• The winning ticket number and name may be announced publicly.
• The winner must claim the prize (vehicle or dealer credit) within 30 days of the drawing date. If the prize is not claimed within that timeframe, an alternate winner may be drawn at the discretion of the Foundation.
• If the winner chooses to pick up the vehicle at John Hinderer CDJR, pickup is free of charge.
• If the winner requires the vehicle to be shipped, all shipping arrangements and costs are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. General Terms:

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the use of their name, photo, and/or likeness for promotional purposes if selected as the winner.
• The Foundation is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or technical issues related to ticket purchase or communications.

7. Legal Compliance:

• This raffle is conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and charitable gaming regulations in the State of Ohio.
• The drawing and promotional activities are conducted in Licking County, Ohio.
• All financial administration and foundation operations are based in Muskingum County, Ohio.
• Participants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to participate in this raffle under their respective state laws. Some states have specific restrictions or prohibitions regarding participation in nonprofit raffles, especially those involving high-value prizes like vehicles.
• Any legal disputes will be resolved under the laws of the State of Ohio.
